VIRGINIE AUSSENAC

Real estate broker

Born in France, I spent my early and teenage years in an international household, between my home country, the Oregon coast (USA) and Baja California Sur (Mexico)…

After finishing my English and Wine Tourism studies in Southern France, I worked as a travel agent in the Bordeaux wine region. The travelling bug then took me across South America and Europe until I decided to finally settle back in the US, in the beautiful fishing town of Port Orford, where I practiced Real Estate brokerage for 6 years.

In 2022, I moved to the lively city of La Paz, Baja California Sur : a dream had finally come true after exploring the natural and cultural wonders of the scenic Baja peninsula for 25 years. After getting my certification in Mexican Real Estate Practice and Law with the AMPI (National Realtors Association of Mexico), I worked as main broker for a law firm specialized in real estate. Two years later, I decided to open my own brokerage and keep on helping clients sell and buy throughout Baja California Sur.

MY MISSION AS YOUR REAL ESTATE BROKER

To cruise through a safe and secure buy, there are other important actors involved in the process such as a attorneys, notaries and an escrow company : I work hand in hand with a profesional team specialized in residential and commercial real estate, who will make your experience a pleasant one.
